O cantor Troye Sivan está de volta. De visual novo, o cantor sul-africano-australiano confirmou o lançamento de seu EP novo para o dia 21 de agosto. O título é “IN A DREAM” e o primeiro single, lançado nesta quarta (15/7), é “Easy”. A música ganhará um clipe na quinta (16/7) às 11h (horário de Brasília).

“Easy” sucede “Take Yourself Home”, que também estará no EP. A canção já alcançou mais de 76 milhões de streams mundialmente. O EP terá um total de seis músicas. Cinco delas foram gravadas com o produtor Oscar Görres (o mesmo de The Weeknd e Tove Lo) em Estocolmo e Los Angeles, antes do período de isolamento social provocado pela pandemia do coronavírus.
“Essa pequena coleção de canções é uma história em desenvolvimento que explora um período em que minha vida era uma montanha-russa emocional. Foi quando meus sentimentos e pensamentos estavam incrivelmente frescos. É difícil revisitar essas canções e momentos, mas eu tenho orgulho desse trabalho e estou muito animado para colocar essas músicas no mundo”, diz Troye Sivan.
“Easy” é muito importante para Troye Sivan. Na semana passada, o cantor escreveu no Instagram que estava com muito medo de lançar essa música. É muito pessoal para ele.
