O evento ocorreu no Microsoft Theater e contou com homenagens para Britney Spears e Nick Jonas. Ela recebeu o Icon Award e assistiu a uma performance de Hailee Steinfeld, Kelsea Ballerini e Sofia Carson com figurinos de seus clipes, cantando alguns de seus maiores sucessos. Já Nick recebeu o Hero Award, em reconhecimento ao seu trabalho filantrópico sobre diabetes.
