Vaga: Ditto Music, Video Content Manager – São Paulo, BR
Music distributor Ditto Music is looking for a video content manager to work from our Sao Paulo office representing our growing roster of brazillian artists and labels.
This position will be working across YouTube, VEVO, Facebook and other platforms, maximising the revenue our artists generate from their visual assets and identifying new artists, labels and channels for future growth.

Main duties:
- Operating across YouTube and VEVO to maximise our current Brazilian artists’ revenue from their visual assets and identify new Brazilian artists, labels and channels to introduce to Ditto Music
- Video Content Acquisition
- YouTube Channel Management
- Audience Development
- Keeping track of YouTube analytics and key performance indicators
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years of experience working with a digital proposition within the YouTube environment
- YouTube Certification
- Strong knowledge of the YouTube platform
- Understanding of the YouTube CMS & reporting
- Strong passion for music
- Capability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Strong network of connections
- Great work ethic with a can do attitude, always looking to go the extra mile
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Organised
