Job Description:
- Check and verify all metadata submitted by labels and artists organizing key taxonomy and tagging;
- Customer support & troubleshooting for labels and artists on issues related to Content ID conflicts, content ingestion, user and content metadata, monetization, copyright claims and mcn invitations;
- Be a product expert and serve as a consultant for the labels and artists. Be responsible for product knowledge dissemination in the organization;
- Analyze music trends across all musical genres to determine the best use in content;
- Assist product & marketing teams on new label and artists’ onboarding trainings;
- Assist marketing team on DSP’s relations maintenance;
- Assist marketing team on content pitching;
- Assist marketing team on weekly and monthly reports related to content placements on DSPs.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Prior experience in the music industry/business;
- Strong organizational analytical, strategic thinking skills and a strong ability to collaborate cross function;
- Passionate about music, communication and media. Pop culture and music history knowledge and passion will be a plus;
- Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity discreet and credible;
- Top-notch research & analytical skills;
- Good understanding of metadata of music and recommendation system (data analytical skills are preferred);
- Proactive and driven;
- Strong creative problem-solving skill;
- Extraordinary attention to details.
