Apresentado novamente pela dupla Brad Paisley e Carrie Underwood, o evento premiou artistas como Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Chris Stapleton e Taylor Swift.
Mas a entrega dos prêmios foi o grande coadjuvante em uma noite recheada de apresentações ao vivo. Reba McEntire, Lauren Alaina, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood, Maren Morris, Niall Horan e P!nk!
