Os vídeos de “Smile”, “Boyfriend” e “Take Care” concorrem com “Astronaut”, do Simple Plan, e “When We Stand Together” na premiação, marcada para o dia 17 de junho em Ontario, no Canadá.
Com uma performance de Katy Perry marcada para o evento, a cerimônia também deverá contar com a presença de Carly Rae Jepsen, que garantiu indicações a Clipe do Ano, Clipe Pop do Ano, Clipe Favorito e Artista Favorito.
