O álbum, que chega às lojas no dia 16 de Fevereiro, apresenta versões de clássicos de Bob Dylan, U2, Clash, David Bowie e Stevie Wonder, entre muitos outros, pelas mãos de nomes como Estelle, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Rufus Wainwrigh, The Kooks, Elbow e Scissor Sisters.
As receitas revertem na totalidade para ajudar crianças cujas vidas tenham sido afectadas pela guerra.
