A primeira leva de artistas convidados para show no Billboard Latin Music Awards 2019 foi anunciada. São seis nomes: Bad Bunny, Banda Sinaloense MS de Sergio Lizárraga, Carlos Vives, CNCO, Karol G e Ozuna.
A premiação está marcada para o dia 25 de abril em Las Vegas, nos Estados Unidos, com transmissão local via Telemundo. Esta será a 29ª edição do evento e faz parte de uma semana inteira dedicada à divulgação da música latina nos Estados Unidos e que inclui ainda conferências com artistas e personalidades do meio fonográfico.
Ozuna lidera a lista de indicados com 23 citações. J Balvin e Nicky Jam aparecem em seguida com 13 e Bad Bunny com 11. Anitta concorre em “Social Artist of the Year”. Nomes como Cardi B, Demi Lovato, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, DJ Snake, Drake, Natti Natasha, Lali, Selena Gomez, Rosalía, Luis Fonsi, Enrique Iglesias também concorrem.
