O álbum “2017 GRAMMY® Nominees” é uma coletânea de músicas que foram indicadas à premiação mais importante da indústria e, mesmo com todas as canções disponíveis na internet para streaming, o Grammy mantém o antigo formato de lançar um CD. Esse ano, em parceria com a gravadora Atlantic Records, o disco será lançado no dia 20 de janeiro nas lojas digitais e físicas.
Uma parte do lucro das vendas vai para as fundações de caridade “GRAMMY Museum Foundation” e “MusiCares Foundation”, focadas em educação por meio da música. “Esse álbum oferece uma lista de reprodução única e apresenta algumas das maiores canções e artistas mais talentosos que compõem os indicados neste ano incrível”, disse Neil Portnow, presidente da Recording Academy.
