Apresentado pela atriz Kristen Bell, as estrelas da música country norte-americana se reuniram para premiar os artistas mais bombados de 2013 com ainda apresentações ao vivo e Kacey Musgraves com Lee Ann Womack; Jason Derulo com Luke Bryan e Florida Georgia Line; e John Legend com Jennifer Nettles e Hunter Hayes.
